TULSA, Okla. – In recognition of National Missing Children’s Day, News On 6 is sharing age progression images of children who were reported missing in Oklahoma years ago — showing what they could look like today.
For the families of these children, the search never truly ends. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation say new technology, combined with public awareness, can play a critical role in bringing long-missing children home.
Who Are Some of the Children Still Missing in Oklahoma?
Several missing children cases in Oklahoma remain active decades later.
- Adrianna Hope Garcia went missing from Tulsa at 14 years old. She would be 36 today.
- David Allen Crabtree was 13 when he was last seen leaving his home in Locust Grove. He would now be 39.
- Jamie McChurin disappeared from Muskogee in 1997 and would be 45 years old today.

How Common Are Missing Children Cases in Oklahoma?
According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, 350 children were reported missing in Oklahoma last year. All but 35 were recovered.
