TULSA, Okla. – Women veterans from across the Tulsa area are invited to gather for an afternoon of connection and community during a Women’s Veterans Day Kickoff Event at The Coffee Bunker.
The event is scheduled for Sunday, June 7, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at The Coffee Bunker, 6365 E. 41st St. Organizers say the gathering is intended to honor the service and contributions of women who have served in the United States Armed Forces while providing opportunities to build relationships and learn about available resources.
The event is being organized by the Veterans Service Council, a veteran-led group within The Coffee Bunker, and sponsored by the organization. Participants will have opportunities for networking, fellowship and discussions focused on strengthening support systems for women veterans in the community…
