After roughly two weeks on the road, the Portland Cascade returned to Hillsboro for five home games, two versus the Carolina Blaze, and three against the Chicago Bandits.
The home Cascade won both games against the Blaze, and managed to get one game in their series finale with the Chicago, defeating the Blaze 5-4 on Sunday, July 12, at the old Hops Ballpark.
