CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Chesapeake firefighters extinguished a vehicle fire on I-64 at the Greenbrier Parkway exit Saturday morning, according to the Chesapeake Fire Department.
At 7:08 a.m. on Aug. 1, the department was dispatched to the scene on I-64 at Exit 289A. When the first unit arrived at 7:13 a.m., it saw a Ford Transit van with visible flames. Firefighters then extinguished the fire, deeming it to be under control by 7:15 a.m…
