VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Our country’s largest offshore wind farm is now more than 81% complete, but once again, costs have risen.
As part of their quarterly report to shareholders, Dominion Energy announced the price tag for the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind project is now estimated at $11.65 billion.
