VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Four people were rescued following a vessel’s battery dying Thursday night on Piedmont Circle, according to the Virginia Beach Fire Department.
Crews with VBFD, VBPD and EMS were dispatched to a reported water rescue at approximately 11:55 p.m. in the 3500 block of Piedmont Circle.
