PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The U.S. Marshals Service Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of a man wanted in connection with an August 2023 homicide in Portsmouth.
The initial incident occurred on Saturday, August 12 of 2023 in the 1200 block of County Street.
