NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY)- Organizers announced this week Acting Secretary of the Navy Hung Cao will headline inaugural Ironclad Maritime Summit in Hampton Roads this fall, joining more than 350 leaders from across the country to confront one of America’s most pressing economic and national security challenges: rebuilding the maritime industrial base.
The summit will convene on October 27, 2026 at The Main in Norfolk, followed by filed tours of the shipyards, companies, and industrial facilities across the region on October 28.
