NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – If you’ve lived in Norfolk for a while, you’ve likely heard of or gone to The Banque, a restaurant and nightclub located along East Little Creek Road. Longtime owner Dennis Doughty passed away earlier this month in Hampton following a “hard-fought health battle marked by the extraordinary grit and determination that defined his life,” his obituary states.
Doughty died on Aug. 5 at the age of 81…
