YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — A 40-year-old man was arrested in connection with inappropriately touching two teenage girls at Water Country USA in July.
On July 18, the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office began investigating a complaint that two sisters, ages 14 and 17, were touched inappropriately while at the water park. The sisters stated they had been approached by a man multiple times who would initiate flirtatious conversations.
