Flooding reported across Norfolk as flash flood warning remains in effect

Heavy rain caused flooding on a number of streets across Norfolk Saturday evening as a flash flood warning remained in effect for parts of Hampton Roads.

News 3 Meteorologist Derrah Getter said more than 4 inches of rain had already fallen in some areas, with another 3 to 5 inches possible.
