PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Power has been restored Wednesday morning to thousands of customers who lost electricity in Portsmouth.
According to Dominion Energy, more than 2,400 customers were impacted. Airline Boulevard and Cavalier Boulevard were among the affected areas.
