HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — All eastbound lanes of I-64 at the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel in Hampton are closed Friday morning following a multi-vehicle crash.
Traffic back-ups are approximately 1.5 miles, according to VDOT.
