Greenbrier Mall at 1401 Greenbrier Parkway South opened in 1981 with two anchor stores and has been shedding and replacing them ever since. Three department stores still anchor the building today.
The fourth anchor space – the original Sears corner – has been empty since 2018 and is now the subject of a Costco proposal that has yet to clear the city’s planning process.
