Ribbon-cutting ceremony marks completion of Unity Place at Kindred in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A ribbon-cutting ceremony for Unity Place at Kindred took place Friday, May 8 at 431 Church St. in Norfolk. This new development, a part of the St. Paul’s Transformation Area, features 140 mixed-income apartments. Forty-nine of these apartments are designated as replacement housing for returning Tidewater Gardens residents.

Officials from the City of Norfolk, Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA), Brinshore Development, Bank of America CDC and BBRM Norfolk Partners attended the event.
