NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A car went into the water following a crash in Norfolk Friday afternoon.
Norfolk Police confirmed there were two vehicles involved in the crash, which was called in at 2:19 p.m.
The crash scene is at Widgeon Road and Sewells Point Road…
