James Brown has found himself a new home.
After two disappointing seasons at North Carolina, Brown entered the transfer portal this offseason. While there hasn’t been much chatter about his recruitment, we found out on Saturday night that he has committed to Howard University.

Kevin Sweeney was the first to report the news of Brown committing to play for Kenneth Blakeney and the Bison.
Brown didn’t see much action on the court at North Carolina, as he was limited to just 27 total games over his two seasons in Chapel Hill. Of those 27 appearances, 18 came during his true freshman season, as he was limited to just 9 games this season after undergoing season-ending surgery in February…
