The property’s trophy-home résumé includes direct water frontage, a rooftop deck, a saltwater pool and a dock built for serious boating.
Buyers signed 19 contracts for Palm Beach County properties asking $3 million or more during the week ending July 27, totaling $128 million in asking volume, according to The Real Deal. Single-family homes accounted for 17 of those deals, while two condos went under contract; the previous period had fewer contracts but a much higher $190.7 million in combined asking volume.
West Palm Waterfront Estate Claims The Top Contract
The 8,540-square-foot mansion features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and two half-baths, along with rooftop decks and an elevator. The waterfront setup includes 80 feet along the water, a 40-foot saltwater pool and a dock with a 50,000-pound lift, according to the current listing details on Realtor.com.
Listed by Stephen Simpson of William Raveis Real Estate, the home is asking about $2,470 per square foot. Property records cited in the report show the estate last sold for $3.5 million in 2021, before its latest run through the ultra-luxury market.
Boca Raton Spec Home And Condo Follow Behind
The second-priciest single-family contract involved a 5,800-square-foot spec home at 303 South Maya Palm Drive in Boca Raton, which carried a $13.6 million asking price.
