WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) -Backing into parking stalls in downtown Wichita is not allowed, but without signs or warnings, people from outside the city might not be aware of the city ordinance.
Emilio Martinez works in Winfield, but came to Wichita for work training. He paid to park, and then backed into a street stall.
