NEW HANOVER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – One person is dead following an early morning crash on Interstate 140, according to the N.C. Highway Patrol.
Trooper Zack Bridgers said he responded to the crash near the 40 exit around 4:47 a.m. Saturday.
