WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The ABC series RJ Decker has applied for a city filming permit to shoot scenes in Wilmington, including a simulated car explosion that could produce a loud noise, fireball and smoke.
20th Television filed the permit for filming on private property July 29, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. No specific address was given.
