After nearly closing in 2020, a MetroWest Italian staple will permanently close this summer as its owners seek retirement.
Carbone’s Restaurant in Hopkinton will shut down on June 27, according to owner Mary Ann Lorentzen. The closure will mark the end of a 93-year run for the landmark restaurant.
