A former McDonald’s employee in Massachusetts has been charged after police say she intentionally contaminated French fries before serving them to her ex-girlfriend through the drive-thru.

Kaylie M. Santos, 22, of Southbridge, is charged with distributing food with a harmful substance and is scheduled to be arraigned June 5 in Dudley District Court, according to court records obtained by PEOPLE.
