If you wanted to be a farmer, and your father and grandfather raised row crops, you might figure that’s what you’d end up doing. That’s what Scott Ryan thought.
“When I was little, I thought I would be doing what my dad and granddad did,” Ryan said. “I wanted to be a farmer, and I thought I would be doing what they did. But that didn’t work out. But I never imagined I’d be doing this, you know, but it’s kind of a niche though. I mean, I’m the only one kind of in the Ark-La-Tex right here that does this. And so it’s, we just get more and more people every year. So, I’m very blessed. I’m thankful. It’s a lot of work. A lot of work.”…
