A New York man was killed in a one-vehicle crash on a Capital Region highway on Tuesday morning, Aug. 4, police said.
Miguel Alejandro Mendoza Canarte, 29, of Shandaken, was traveling westbound on Interstate 890 through Schenectady around 6:20 a.m., New York State Police said.
Mendoza Canarte was behind the wheel of a 2022 Nissan Altima when he lost control, left the road, and hit an earth embankment and a support pole for an overhead sign near the Exit 6 off-ramp, investigators said…
