Deported criminal from Baton Rouge handed over to ICE after traffic stop, officials say

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — An undocumented immigrant from Baton Rouge was arrested following a traffic stop and criminal history check on Friday, Aug. 7.

Francisco Antonio Molina, 32 was charged with speeding, and had a detainer through the Homeland Security, Immigrations Customs Enforcement due to being a deported criminal, according to the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office.
