Kroger has agreed to pay $75,000 to settle a discrimination and retaliation lawsuit involving a former cashier at an Atlanta store.
The employee, a cancer survivor, requested a stool or chair to use during her shifts at the Kroger in Atlanta’s Edgewood neighborhood.
