The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department responded just after 3 p.m. on Friday to a fire that damaged a three-story building at MAA Belmont Apartments in Mandarin.
A fire department spokeswoman said was under control by about 4 p.m. No one was injured, though four adults and one child were displaced.
