EVANSVILLE — An Indianapolis-based LLC that recently purchased a piece of property in Evansville is suing Whirlpool, claiming environmental damage at the site.
Oolite Management Services, LLC now owns 1500 N. Heidelbach Ave., an empty lot adjacent to Bosse Field, after purchasing it from the Vanderburgh County Commission at auction.
