HALFMOON, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Cohoes man and woman are facing charges in Saratoga County after a reported incident that involved resisting arrest and taking an officer’s body worn camera. It happened shortly after 10 p.m. on July 22 at Emma Jayne’s Restaurant on Route 9 in Halfmoon.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office was called to the restaurant for a reported disturbance. Police said Christopher Selig, 46, engaged in “violent, tumultuous and threateningbehavior” and physically prevented deputies from performing their duties and placing him into custody.

A deputy’s body worn camera fell to the ground during the interaction with Selig, and Amy Noonan, 48, is accused of stealing the camera and then hiding it because she believed it would be used in court.
