COLONIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — More than 15 people were evacuated by boat from a Colonie neighborhood near Exchange Street on Wednesday morning. Now some residents are being told their homes are uninhabitable.

“My mind was racing a lot last night, so I didn’t get much sleep,” said Kirsch. “All my stuff is already water damaged and they’re not letting us in, I don’t think they will for a while.”
