RIO RANCHO — Tensions boiled over at Tuesday’s Planning and Zoning meeting as residents erupted over a controversial proposal for a 55-unit luxury boutique and apartment complex.
The proposal to construct a 55-unit luxury apartment complex with approximately 1,851 square feet of ground-floor commercial space at the intersection of Camino Encantadas and Camino Venada in Lomas Encantadas sparked intense debate at Tuesday’s Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
