FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano announced Wednesday that a homebuilder was convicted of defrauding clients between 2021 and 2023.
According to a release from Descano’s office, Richard Craig Tadlock contracted with six families in Fairfax to build custom homes for them in 2021 and 2022. Despite promises, work was never finished on any of the houses.
