Detectives this week arrested four more suspects in the June 15 shooting death of 18-year-old Luis Angel Chavez at the Bull Run mobile home park outside Manassas, bringing the total number of people jailed in the case to seven.
The four were arrested between Tuesday and Friday and all are under 20 years old, Prince William County police Sgt. Erin Noble said in a news release.
