The Salvation Army Center of Hope is growing quieter by the day. The hallways, recreation rooms and cafeteria once buzzed with more than 60 of the city’s most vulnerable residents.
Now, many of these residents have already cleared out as the Center of Hope prepares to shut its doors until at least next spring.
