AUSTIN, Texas — Austin police have identified the motorcyclist killed in the crash in northeast Austin early Thursday morning.
At around 1:05 a.m. Thursday morning, APD officers responded to the crash between a dump truck and a motorcycle near 9300 E. US-290 on the westbound service road.
