BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Three people were arrested last Wednesday after an encampment clean-up operation in Oildale, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
The six encampments were located north of the Kern River just east of Chester Avenue toward Manor Street, BPD said.
