Birmingham mayor says wife has no involvement in massive data center property sale

The mayor of Birmingham says his wife and her real estate firm have nothing to do with the hyperscale data center project in Oxmoor Valley.

Kendra Woodfin, the founder and broker for Iron City Premier Realty, on Sept. 18 was named in a proposed subpoena for records in a lawsuit brought by residents trying to stop the Nebius data center.
