Chaos erupted on the evening of Saturday, August 8th, at Dillinger’s Food and Spirits when a bar fight broke out between multiple people, resulting in a stabbing and two arrests.
Lafayette Police Department Officer Ashley Mathis reported responding to the fight at approximately 8:48 p.m. Boulder County Fire Dispatch requested a medic and engine for staging at the scene and reported the potential use of weapons, with unclear information on injuries and people involved.
At 9:02 p.m., dispatch on-scene confirmed one stabbing victim, with additional injuries being evaluated. The victim suffered injuries to his face and a stab wound in his abdomen during the fight, ultimately transported to Good Samaritan Hospital for further care…
