Broomfield residents could see an approximately 7% increase in their water bills next year as the city enters the third year of its five-year rate increase plan.
The plan, originally presented in 2024, intends to address the “years-long stagnation of Broomfield’s utility rates not keeping pace with costs to provide services,” according to a July 2024 council document.
