Drivers traveling through the intersection of Colorado Highway 119 and Hover Street will face major traffic changes beginning in early September as construction starts on a new bridge carrying Boulder-bound traffic over Hover Street.
The Colorado Department of Transportation announced all left turns at the intersection will close and remain closed until the project is completed next year.
The right turn from southbound Hover Street onto Boulder-bound CO 119 will also close. Most other right turns will remain open, while through traffic will continue moving through the intersection…
