I-5 northbound on-ramp at N Columbia reopens after semi rollover crash
PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - The I-5 northbound on-ramp onto N Columbia Blvd has reopened a semi truck rollover on Monday afternoon. The on-ramp closed at around 3:30 p.m. on Friday due to the crash, and fully reopened at 6:30 p.m. No injuries have been reported.
