DUBUQUE, Iowa (KCRG) – An 81-year-old from Cedar Rapids was killed and three others were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Dubuque on Monday morning.
Iowa State Patrol reports the crash happened near Highway 52 and Double J Lane around 9:52 a.m.
