The National Weather Service says total rainfall for today through Saturday morning appears likely to range between 1 to 3 inches, and with rainfall rates of 1” per hour or more possible at times today. This could lead to flash flooding, particularly over urban and poor drainage areas. Be careful if you encounter areas of high water.
