CORALVILLE, Iowa (KWQC) – An inmate convicted of a Scott County murder in 1991 has died in prison, according to the Iowa Department of Corrections.
Harry Sisco died in the hospice unit of the Iowa Medical and Classification Center in Coralville on July 22. He was serving a life sentence for killing Audrey Elaine St. Clair of Milan.
St. Clair was 41 years old and the mother of five children when she was murdered on April 1, 1991. She was shot in Scott County, and her body was found dumped in garbage bags at Wildcat Den Park in Muscatine County…
