CLEARWATER, Fla. — Clearwater voters got to hear from the candidates looking to fill two City Council seats at a Tuesday night forum.
Five candidates are running to fill Council Seats 4 and 5, which are currently held by David Allbritton and Lina Teixeira. They fielded questions on topics ranging from why they think they’re the best person for the job to the future of downtown.
In the race for Seat 4, voters will choose between Bianca Latvala and Jared Leone. Latvala’s website says she’s worked in public affairs and nonprofit leadership. It also says she’s active in the city, serving on its Community Resiliency and Leisure Services Board, among other organizations…
