Three Chattahoochee Circuit juvenile judges not reappointed

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) – Three juvenile court judges in the Chattahoochee Circuit were not reappointed Tuesday, ending a combined 60 years of experience on the bench.

Presiding Judge Warner Kennon, Judge Andy Dodgen and Judge Joey Loudermilk will be replaced by three local attorneys: Amy Walters, Chris Williams and Thomas Tebeau III. The new judges will be sworn in late June and start July 1.

The vote to remove the three judges from the Chattahoochee Circuit Juvenile Court bench happened Tuesday. The seats are up for reappointment every four years after four-year terms.
