COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — The streets of the Historic District in Columbus echoed with musical tunes all day on Saturday thanks to the first ever Porchfest, which took place from noon to 9 p.m.
Uptown Columbus, alongside several community partners, welcomed 35 different bands and musical artists to perform live music for Columbus residents on the porches of 18 different homes.
According to Porchfest officials, the musical celebration took place down the 600 and 700 blocks of Broadway along with 7th Street and Front Avenue.
