LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Las Vegas pizza is taking a bite out of the national spotlight.
Local chef Vincent Rotolo of Good Pie earned the No. 5 spot on Food Network’s Top 10, which aired Monday, May 25, with his White Pie Remix named one of the country’s top standout pizza creations.
The pie layers shredded and fresh mozzarella, burrata, pecorino and creamy ricotta, finished with garlic oil, hot honey and chilis for a sweet, savory and spicy kick.
