AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The Amarillo Police Department reported that a 15-year-old was arrested in a chase that ended in a rollover wreck Monday night.
According to APD, officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle that was identified by the Amarillo Regional Crime Center Monday. Police said the vehicle was found and, after attempting to stop the vehicle, the driver fled.
Police said during the chase, the driver exited the vehicle while it was moving causing the vehicle to crash in the area of 3rd Avenue and the railroad tracks.
